Castello di Lamole is one of our favourite places.  First, its in the rolling hills of the Chianti near Greve the principal town of this amazing wine-growing district.  Second, the self-catering apartments are all done in an authentic, rustic Tuscan style.  Third, its proprietor is the famous Tuscan folksinger, Riccardo Marasco, who is likely to sing for you during your supper.
