• Depart Liverpool
• Arrive Pisa at 7:15 PM
• Collect luggage and transfer from Pisa Airport to central Lucca, to the central tourist office at the Vecchia Porta San Donato, also known as Piazzale Verdi. The bus knows where to take you and you should know this location well, as it will be central to all of your other arrangements. 
• This location is central to the city of Lucca and within walking distance of most hotels in central Lucca.
• This is where the group will be expected to meet every morning at 10:20 AM, for a 10:30 departure each morning to Pisa, Florence, Chianti and the airport on the last day.  This is your central meeting point, so it is very important to familiarize yourself with this position.
• Those staying in Lucca will exit in central Lucca at the tourist offic.  There are many taxis nearby, so those who want to take a taxi can do so can choose to walk to their accommodations.
• For those people who are staying at  La Pianella, in San Martino, you will exit the Coach and switch to the van, who will take you to your accommodations, as the bus is too large to transport you to the villa.

• For those leaving from la Pianella, please be ready for your driver at 10:00 AM. 
• The group should meet outside of the tourist office at about 10:20 AM, to meet Luciana and Pier Luigi prior to departing for Pisa to discuss details for the concert in the evening.
• Pier Luigi and Luciana know the details for the concert and may show you the church in the morning
• After the discussion with them, you will depart for central Pisa.
• In Pisa, there will be time to visit the tower, have lunch, tour the city etc.
• After lunch, at approximately 3:00 PM we will bring you back to Lucca.  It's about a 1 hour drive, so you will be in Lucca by 4:00 PM
• Meet outside with Pier Luigi who will show you to the church and help you to get things set up.
• Concert in Lucca that evening at 6:00 PM at Verdi's Church
• Dinner at your leisure in Lucca
• Transfer back to Villa La Pianella for those staying the villa after supper.

• Depart la Pianella at 10:00 AM
• Meet outside of the Lucca Tourist office at 10:30 Am for departure to  Florence (1.5 hour drive)
• Morning visit of Florence , Visit to Piazzale Michelagelo and through Florence's park areas, where you have great views of Florence.
• Lunch at 1:00 PM
• Afternoon free in Florence
• At 4:30 PM plan on being at the central Duomo in Florence
• Evening concert in Florence at Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral in Florence at 6:00 PM
• Evening dinner at La Cantina Barbagianni, walking distance from the Duomo
• Dinner is from 7:00-8:30 PM
• 8:30 PM transfer to Lucca
• 10:00 PM transfer from Lucca to La Pianella

• 10:30 AM depart la Pianella for Lucca
• 11:00 AM depart Lucca for Chianti area
• Visit San Miniato, one of the principle Tartufo producing regions in Italy.
• Explore the fascinating centre of San Miniato and walk through the town's main park up to a  spectacular vantage point. Lunch at Peppe Nero Restaurant  (1:00-2:00)
• At 2:00 PM lunch transfer to Poppiano
• Tour of Poppiano castle, wine and olive oil tasting
• Early evening Afternoon Concert in Poppiano (5:00 PM) in the courtyard
• At 6:30 PM transfer to Lucca
• Dinner in Lucca
• Transfer to La Pianella

• Transfer from Lucca to Pisa Airport
