Day 1 -
Arrival: Pescara


You will be transferred to your delightful accommodation in the Apennines, bordering the Maiella National Park traveling nearly 700 m above sea level to our quaint hilltop village near Guardiagrele.
Enjoy a Welcome gourmet hamper in your room upon arrival. There will be time to explore the village and go for a high alpine walk along the shepherds tracks, see flocks of sheep and goats on the mountain side. We transfer you to superb slow food restaurant where an enchanting 5 course dinner awaits.

Day 2 - Guided Village Walk, Cooking Class

Visit a bustling village market in the morning, which comes alive with colourful stalls selling local produce and the wonderful local specialty porchetta- roast pork with rosemary and garlic.
Late afternoon transfer from your accommodation to your private COOKING CLASS.

COOKING CLASS: 4 course dinner to be prepared and then enjoyed together. Learn the secrets of slow cooking as you create wonderful antipasti, home made pasta, dessert and more.
Day 3 -
Village Market-Wine and Oil Tastings Departure from
Pescara
Enjoy a private guided Walking tour visiting local artisans and shops including goldsmith, ceramic shops and wrought iron workshops.
Time to unwind and soak up the village Italy atmosphere over your morning cappuccino.
Indulge in a private Wine and Olive Oil Tasting
savouring the very best the region has to offer with Montepulciano and Trebbiano
wines and fine extra virgin olive oils.
Late morning/afternoon: Depart for transfer to Pescara
for your onward journey.
