Visit a Florentine villa and learn to cook with our very talented and engaging chef, Chef Giovanni.  Our half day classes are small and intimate and offer a hands-on experience with the preparation and cooking of typical Tuscan cuisine.

During each lesson, Chef Giovanni uses fresh, seasonal products from Tuscany- extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and produce, and meat, poultry and fish (from the Tuscan coast).

Every student will participate in all aspects of the meal including, if you want to join the Chef, a trip to Florence's famed Marcato Centrale to buy the ingredients.

The full menu includes antipasto, pasta, a main dish and side dish, and, of course, dessert.   Naturally, the epitome of the day's labors comes when you sit down with your fellow students to enjoy the meal, which will be accompanied by a selection of delicious Tuscany wines.
