- By car: Take Motorway A12 (Genova-Livorno) and leave it at Levanto-Carrodano. After leaving the Motorway, follow the signs that lead to Levanto. Once in Levanto, follow the indications for Monterosso. Upon arrival in Monterosso, you have to follow the road that indicates ‘Fegina parcheggio estivo’ (guarded parking lot). This car park is located at the beginning of the new part of the village of Monterosso. Here you may leave your car and a taxi will drive you directly to the entrance of the hotel. During the summer months the town is closed to traffic in order to allow it to become an exclusively pedestrian area.

The Hotel Margherita, near the parking facility in beautiful Monterosso Al Mare, and just 200 meters from the water's edge, is located in an old building that has been recently renovated to creat an environment that is modern, but cool and soft.
The hotel features furnishings with clean lines, and off-white walls that are trimmed with subtle pastels. The hotel rooms are good sized and the bathrooms larger than most in the hotels of the Cinque Terre.
The lobby and reception area are muted, and the bar is a quiet and cool retreat, especially during the hottest summer months.
