quarter, a stone’s throw
from the basilica of Saint
John Lateran, the cathedral
church of Rome, and
countless other attractions,
this two-storey apartment is

Our architect-friend, Mauro
Bitetti (hence the apartment
name), has taken the bare
structure and transformed

very tasteful apartment for
two or four people accessed

complex, the apartment is on
the top floor so great views
over Rome, and the Alban
Hills, can be enjoyed from
its enormous terrace and,
even more, from its extra
roof-top terrace one floor

Location
Free parking is available
but we recommend that
clients forget the car and
make use of the cheap,
frequent, and nearby bus or
underground/subway services
to get around Rome. Clearly,
all types of shops, banks
and chemists are in the near
vicinity of the apartment.
