2) Via Appia Antica - Exit to G.R.A. dir. Naple - Exit n° 21-22 to Frascati.

take the motorway link towards Rome until you reach ring road (Grande Raccordo Anulare "G.R.A."). Join the ring road heading east towards Napoli; exit at junction 21 (Via Tuscolana) to Frascati.
On arrival in Frascati follow the brown signs "Villa Grazioli" until you reach the piazza Marconi (main square); from here take the road in the upper right corner towards Grottaferrata. After approx. 850 mt., the hotel is singposted; turn right into Via Umberto Pavoni where the hotel is located.

The historic Villa Grazioli, which during the last few centuries had fallen into a state of disrepair and neglect, has been thoroughly restored and updated by the current owners with great flair and attention to detail. Every element of the hotel - from the rooms and suites to the magnificent public rooms - will leave you feeling enriched and enlivened.Set in gorgeous gardens and woods on the rolling hills south of the "eternal city", the Villa has recently been designated an Italian National treasure and landmark. The Villa's capcious, grand and impressive halls, frescoed by seventeenth-century artists, including the justifiably famous artist, Pannini, are available for meetings and receptions.
From its windows, lounges and terraces, the Villa offers spectacular views. At sunset, on the horizon, the sea sparkles with the shimmering reflection of the dying sun, and on the other side, Rome becomes alive with twinkling lights.
The bedrooms have been furnished and decorated in line with the character of the building: wood, pottery and precious fabrics enrich the furniture, which has been chosen for its prestige, as well as for its elegant lines.
