This villa is
situated in the

is 5 minutes from
the sea and a short
walk along the shore
takes you to one of
the most beautiful
beaches along the
entire coast. There
is a swimming pool
shared with 5 other
properties. In the
village you will
find shops, bars,
restaurants and
swimming pools as
well as facilities
for water sports and
trips by boat to
various local
beaches.
A short drive along
the coast takes you
to the picturesque
town of Santa Teresa
di Gallura, where
you can take boat
trips to the nearby
islands including
Corsica. You will
also find excellent
local fresh fish
restaurants and the
nearby Capo Testa is
worth a visit for
the spectacular
landscape. Situated
on the eastern side
of the north coast
with easy access of
both the east and
north coast, there
are white sandy
beaches, a crystal
clear sea, hidden
bays and coves, and
much more to be
discovered. You will
find people selling
freshly grown fruit
and vegetables,
local cheeses, wine
and fresh fish along
the coast road.
There are many local
festivals where
everyone is invited.
The Sardinians are
known for their warm
hospitality.

double bedroom has

leading to the patio
and bathroom with
all facilities;
second bedroom has

leading to the
veranda, garden and
the pool. The second
bedroom can be also
split into two
single beds. There
are also two
verandas with a
spactacular view to
the sea and a table
and chairs for
eating "al fresco".
