This villa is situated on a mountain that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo. It is surrounded by trees and has a panoramic view of the gulf allowing you the possibility to have a quiet and private holiday. There are three different apartments to choose from. The villa has external showers, a swimming pool and veranda. It is 1,5 km from the centre of town,(shops at 1km within walking distance), 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare, 5 km from Scopello and from nature reserve of Zingaro, and 30 km from Palermo airport. The owners live on the premises

Amenities
This is a ground floor apartment in a wing of the villa. Through the courtyard guests access into the large living/dining room/kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. There is also a sofa-bed in the living area. One bathroom has a shower, but no tub. There is a private veranda that overlooks the garden with a view of the sea in the distance.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival/departure Saturdays, dogs permitted, car parking available, gas/electricity/water incl., deposit €150 Melograno, €200 Edera and €300 Bouganvillea, bed linen/towels incl., heating as per consumption, TV, final cleaning inc. additional bed €70 Melograno and €100 Bouganvillea. Air conditioning and heating charged according to consumption.
