Palazzo Francesconi is a historical palace dating back to the early 1500's. With its antique tradition and style, the design of this building is attributed to the famous Baldassere Peruzzi (Fotos to the right), who in 1520 at the height of his career, started the construction of this building. Declared by the Italian Minister for Cultural Art as a building of "particular historical interest", it is located just steps from the historical city center of Siena, with a panoramic view of the entire city.

This historical building is noted for the large garden situated around the premises, known as the "Lizza Gardens", which lends a bit of green to the city. The historical and artistic context of this Peruzziano building is known for its simple yet elegant architecture and high prestige. It is an ideal place for an elegant office, a studio, or a simple yet refined place to relax and spend a few days in this beautiful city of medieval art.

The Epoque Residence of the Palace of Coli Bizzarrini, offers a single elevator which connects the different flats, all equipped with air conditioning, autonomous heating system, satellite TV, safe, and all recently redesigned and restructured.

The 4th floor and Penthouse floor are finely designed with epoque furnishings, wooden log ceilings and hardwood and antique brick floors, the kitchen furnished with old fine wood.

The Corniola and Ambra Residences are on the top floor. The two apartments are elegantly furnished with antique furniture, wooden parquet flooring, hand made “graniglia” tiles and kitchens with wood fittings.

The Giada Residence has been redesigned in the mezzanine of the palace.  The Granato Residence and Rubino suite are on the 3rd and most important floor.

These are beautiful and elegant apartments with magnificent 17th century frescoes, antique floors elegant furnishing, antique furniture, satin curtains and kitchens with food fitting.

The Coli Bizzarrini Family Residence, situated on the noble second floor of the Palace has recently been beautiful restored. The wonderful frescos will remind you of the history of the palace, of those who once lived here and will arise in you the emotions of a glorious and elegant past.

The Residence, articulated on three floors, is made of: the bedroom with boudoir and bathroom, the old kitchen with bathroom and the terrace with a panoramic view on Siena. The Residence is provided with independent heating, air conditioning, plasma TV, and two maids on request. The old kitchen is provided with electric oven, microwave, no frost refrigerator, heating burners, blight burners, broiler, laundry machine, dryer, box and butler.
