Villa Pedone, built in the early 1800s, a holiday villa rental in Tuscany, offers an unforgettable vacation experience in Lucca’s green hills. It has been thoroughly restored with original features to guarantee that your holiday in Tuscany will be as comfortable as your home.
Villa Pedone is furnished throughout with antiques and has a pool which is directly accessible from the house. A large dining table is pool-side too for easy outdoor dining. Villa Pedone is surrounded by a beautiful Italian garden (which offers privacy and shade for playing or relaxing) where the owners have installed a private swimming-pool.
The villa has a beautiful view over the valley around the ancient walled city of Lucca, and a gorgeous Tuscan landscape dotted with olive groves and vineyards. It is also within easy driving distance of the famous beach resorts of Versilia, Viareggio, Torre del Lago and Forte dei Marmi.
In the hills around Lucca you can enjoy the excellent local cuisine in the many typical restaurants that you will find just about everywhere.
A few days spent here will made it clear why Puccini, Lucca’s favorite son, was so fond of his birthplace.
