The villa has three floors divided into self-catering units.

Ground Floor

Large entrance, living room, and an other living room with play card table and bar, large dining room with fire place, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the outside dining area by the pool for a little al fresco. There is also a half bath on this floor.

First Floor

Large salon, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (that includes a hydro-massage tub). One twin bedroom, one double bedroom, a large bathroom with tub and shower and another twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom shower. 

Second Floor

Large salon, double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower), two twin bedrooms, one large bathroom (with tub and shower), one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower).

* All apartments: Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dishwasher, laundry with washing-machine, drying-machine, heating, garden, garden furniture, swimming pool, parking space, electricity, bath-linen change twice a week, cleaning 4 hours a day for 5 days, stereo CD, satellite TV, computer with Internet access.

From Pisa

• Motorway A12 to Genoa (or) motorway A11 to Florence;
• Exit to "Lucca ovest";
• Follow the road to "Lucca centro";
• Follow the road to Camaiore;
• Cross the bridge over the river Serchio and keep the right (by following the direction to Camaiore);
• After 2,5 km turn right and follow the road to S.Concordio di Moriano (there's a sign after a turn to left);
• After 200 mt, turn right and follow the road to S.Concordio di Moriano;
• Keep following the road for about 4 km until you'll reach the hill top;
• Turn right and follow the road for 100 mt: Villa Pedone's gate is on the left.

From Florence

• Motorway A11 to "Pisa Nord";
• Exit to "Lucca Ovest";
• Follow the road to "Lucca centro";
• Follow the road "Lucca centro";
• Follow the road to Camaiore;
