In the heart of Chianti Classico, roughly midway between Florence and Siena, both around 30 minutes away, is Casa Grisanti. Live the life of a Tuscan aristocrat in this imposingly large and ancient house set deep in the woods. Inspect your property, take a short walk up through the classic avenue of olive trees, and needle-sharp cypresses, to your own inspiringly located swimming pool. The all surrounded by manicured Chianti countryside, right down to the clipped irrigated lawn and parade ground vineyards all around you. Then a meal outside in the cool, under high trees naturally shading the dining area, punctuated with laughter and crunching gravel. Inside this timeless house, arched passageways and pairs of steps lead up and down into surprisingly spacious rooms, tastefully furnished, yet comfortable, with dark wood period pieces. High beamed ceilings and cool stone floors.

Location
Our accommodation is made up of the ground and first floors. The third floor and another half of the house are independently owned but maximum discretion and privacy is assured by our caring owners. High hilltop Panzano in Chianti is 6 kilometres away and has all the essential shops, banks etc. An unmade road (nonetheless in good condition) leads to Casa Grisanti and its four-car covered parking. The private swimming pool (14m x 5m) is two minute’s walk away, furnished and illuminated.
