Casa Simone is within a
mature, wooded and
completely fenced garden
reached by electrically
operated gates. There are
very pleasant views through
the fruit trees and over
vineyards. Casa Simone
adjoins Villa Simone and
while the owners have a
business in Siena, they do
occasionally spend weekends
at the villa. Casa Simone
has a nice, furnished
terrace offering privacy and
the garden has an
illuminated barbecue and
pizza oven. The garden has
a 7.5 meter x 4.5 meter
swimming pool.
Location
Here in the heart of the
Chianti Classico, San Sano
is surrounded by the ever
popular, rugged hills which
lead to the Chianti Mountain
range. The Gallo Nero (black
cockerel) is the symbol of
the wine and the entire
Chianti route is a showcase
for them. Many can be
sampled in the abundant
Fattorias. Castles, abbeys
and fortified villages can
be found throughout the area
each with its own, long
history.
Layout
All ground level, the
entrance is into a
sitting/dining room with
sofa bed suitable for a
child and satellite TV. The
kitchen has cooker, oven and
fridge. A nice, double
bedded room with adjacent
shower room having WC etc.,
and a utility room with
washing machine.
