Cottage Monternano is within the grounds of the Owner’s estate, and is approximately 50mts from their large villa. The swimming pool is shared by both houses. The cottage has its own private garden with olive trees and shrubs and a shaded area amongst trees for dining al fresco. Built on uneven terrain, the cottage has access to the grounds from both levels. Large windows give good light and the furnishings are both tasteful and comfortable.

Location
Castellina in Chianti is 4 kms distant and has an excellent choice of restaurants, shops and a Saturday market. Within easy reach are Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and manifold Chianti, hilltop villages. The countryside throughout this area is absolutely magnificent. Visitors are invited to the many wine making Fattorias to taste before purchasing.
