This Fattoria has changed hands and the new owners have now refurbished the two accommodations available for holiday stays, next to the main Villa where they live. Five bed and breakfast rooms are also on site here. In the apartments, fully equipped, modern kitchens and bathrooms combine with comfortably furnished, traditional living rooms and bedrooms. The two houses share admirable views and each has an exclusive furnished terrace. There is a laundry room on site and the charming owner is prepared to cook a simple Tuscan meal for visitors if they request it, payable locally.

Location
The very best of Chianti Classico scenery can be captured from the pool and garden. The pool is of clever Italian design and has bleeding edges facing the vista. From two sides water cascades over the edge so the impression whilst swimming is to carry on into the panorama - a unique and heavenly experience. The gardens have been planted so that an array of colour can be seen almost all year round. The Fattoria also produces a good wine from its own surrounding vineyards. The village of Castellina in Chianti is four kilometres away, where visitors can shop and dine but there are also other towns and villages offering the same services. Accessibility to Florence and Siena adds appeal to Tregole’s rural position in the unspoilt country between these two cities.

Layout
A very pretty sitting/dining room with fireplace, and on a mezzanine floor is the kitchen, which has cooker, oven and fridge. One double-bedded room has doors to a private, furnished terrace with large umbrella. One twin bedded room. A bathroom and a shower room each have WCs etc.
