The Tettoia cottage is a
fantastic facility, set in a
surreal scene in the heart of
the Chianti Classico. The
grounds have been lovely
manicured since the 16th
century and the facilities
have been lovingly restored
by the present owner to
ensure that all of your
expectations are met. The restoration has taken years
and now presents the best of
current building technology
in terms of comfort and
quality and the setting is
idyllic, surrounded by
unspoiled panoramas.
Sympathetic to local
surroundings with a wealth
of wooden beams and warm
stone walls, the houses
share a twelve-meter
swimming pool, which
overlooks the owner’s
woodland, vineyards and
olive groves. Each house has
a furnished terrace for
dining out and individual
barbecues. In a communal
room clients may enjoy a
spot of wine tasting since
the estate produces wine and
olive oil. Laundry room with
washing machine.
Location
The centre
of Castellina in Chianti is
not even 1 kilimeter away
and can be seen from the vista
at the top of the estate.
In Castellina in Chianti,
there are
many fine local shops, banks, restaurants,
an outlet for hiring
mountain bikes and a bus
service to Siena. Florence
and Siena are also very
close, Siena about 20
minutes away and Florence,
approximately 45 minutes.
Many towns like Volterra,
Cortona and Arrezzo can each be reached in
under an hour as well as
many other villages and
towns of this splendid
region.

One twin bedded room, a
