General
The romantic setting,
attractive quality
furnishings and the most

Chiuse to be a most sought
after location for a perfect
holiday. Guests return again
and again.
Location
Originally a farm dwelling,
it is now three houses with
independent entrances and
there is a self contained
cottage. Poised on the brow
of a hill, it overlooks an
exceptional vista. The
swimming pool has been
tastefully laid to the side
of the building so the views
from the houses are
uninterrupted. The bar and
shop in the tiny village of
Moncioni are within walking
distance whilst the large
market town of Montevarchi
is 7 kms away, in the centre
of the triangle between
Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
Here there is a railway
station and access to the
Autostrada. Alternatively,
the quieter country routes
offer much in scenery and
character villages.
