In its own grounds behind lockable gates, this old house has been restored to offer three lovely apartments with entrances on opposite sides. Le Tugonie enjoys a spectacular location encircled by vineyards and olive groves, the far ranging views reaching to the medieval towers of San Gimignano.

Location
Each apartment has a spacious furnished terrace which gives extra living area to the already roomy accommodation. Very well renovated, lovely arched windows give excellent light internally. The fixtures and fittings are of good standard and the furnishings are tasteful. To one side of the house is a swimming pool which also provides an excellent panorama. San Gimignano is 18 kms away. In the pretty piazza in the centre there are frequent open air concerts and operas during the summer months and a climb to the top of one of its remaining towers to watch a sunset is a heavenly experience. Shopping is available within a 10 minute drive from a choice of towns and villages in the surrounding area. Florence and Siena can both be reached within half an hour’s drive. For a group taking the three apartments together there is a 10% reduction on the total rental price.
