This is a detached two-floor house divided into three. One part privately owned, another in which resides the English-speaking owner, and the other third is for our clients. Flanked by wooded hillsides, it is located in a peaceful valley on the edge of Chianti surrounded by a countryside dotted with ancient villas constructed by medieval Florentine merchants and noblemen. The house has a large fenced-in garden, mainly laid to lawn, but with an olive grove and an above-ground swimming pool affording marvellous privacy and freedom for a small family.

Location
We are not quite due south of Florence, 20 kilometres away, and San Pancrazio is 1˝ kilometres for all necessary shops, banks and chemists though there is a small food shop just a short 400 metre walk away. San Casciano is the nearest big town that bustles within its 14th century walls, built by the Duke of Athens.
