In a stunning location just
three kilometers from Greve
in Chianti, this large villa
that is home to its owner,
is built around a large
central courtyard and the
apartment is in a wing,
completely separated and
reached by independent
outside steps. The swimming
pool complete with a small
waterfall from a rock
formation is in a delightful
situation from where the
panorama is over the Chianti
hills. The owner and her
visitors may also use the
swimming pool. In the
courtyard is a furnished
eating out area for guests
to the apartment. This is a
very peaceful location and
the apartment is well
furnished.
Location
This most sought after
region in the heart of the
Chianti Classico is only two
kilometers from the famous
Chianti wine route. Equi-distant
from Florence and Siena,
each can be reached in less
than an hour by car. In
Greve, where there are shops
for every need, is a regular
bus service to the centre of
the historical centre of
Florence. There is hardly a
better location from which
to explore the heart of
Tuscany and the Chianti hill
towns and villages and the
endless list of restaurants
and trattorias as well as
sampling the wines of the
region in the many wine
farms throughout the zone.

is not suitable for infants
or children.
