This immense, solid and elegant Villa has been updated to two lovely homes, one for the owner and the other for holiday letting. The half on offer here is nevertheless very private with its own driveway and a vast, hedged garden having some naturally shaded areas under mature pine trees. Between the trees are some unbeatable views over to the city of Siena.

Location
The interior of the house, which is on three floors, is extremely attractively furnished with comfortable sofas and beds while large arched windows give good light. Each bedroom has one window that is screened. The garden has a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool. The small town of San Rocco a Pilli is within two and a half kilometers of the Villa and has bank, shops, restaurants etc. Siena is six kilometers distant and there is a bus service from Sovicille to the city centre. Most of Tuscany can be explored using Siena as a base - the cloisters of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, thirty-six kilometers southeast; the fortressed village of Monteriggione fourteen kilometers northwest and Florence can be reached within an hour.
