Although Villa Maria is well furnished and extremely spacious, it is further enhanced by a large garden. Encircling the Villa are well tended lawns, several shaded, furnished terraces, roses, lemons and a small woodland to the rear.

Location
Very large windows in each room give generous light and lovely views, while ceramic tiled floors and a wide stone staircase provide coolness. All the rooms are spacious with solid furnishings. Cleaners and cook can be arranged but should be requested at the time of booking as the meticulous owner has an internationally renowned hotel nearby where she provides high season guests at the Villa with complimentary dinner on the day of arrival or Sunday lunch. The caretakers and gardener lives nearby and tend the pool and grounds regularly. This is a matchless situation too for sightseeing. Positioned between Montecatini Terme and Pistoia, Florence centre, Lucca, Pisa and the coast are each with a 45 minute drive. The Duomo and chapel spires of Pistoia form part of the vista from the Villa and this town is acclaimed as a centre of elegant metalwork.

Entrance into hall. To the right is a large dining room with doors to the garden. To the left is an expansive sitting room leading into another, smaller dining room. From an inner hallway is a cloakroom with WC and 2 basins. The kitchen has large cooker, oven, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and a door to the rear garden. On the first floor to the right is a twin bedded room with adjacent bathroom, WC etc., and a double bedded room with en suite bathroom, WC etc. To the left is a twin bedded room with adjacent bathroom, WC etc. The central suite ahead comprises of a sitting room with, off to the right, a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom, WC etc. Left of the sitting room is a huge master bedroom leading into a dressing room with doors to a veranda.
