(*) The prices are calculated for 2 people in the two-roomed apartments and for 4 people in those of three rooms. The pre-established number of guests per apartment must not be exceeded without authorisation from the Management. See also under the heading.
MINIMUM STAY
Normally (above all in the high season) the apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. However, on request and subject to availability, the owners will try to meet your needs for different periods.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Guests can check into the apartments between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and they must check out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS:
The number of occupants must not exceed that agreed on at the time of booking. The breaking of this agreement will result in guests being asked to leave the Guest House.
VISITORS:
Visitors cannot be received without first obtaining authorization from the Management.
ANIMALS:
Animals are not allowed.
PERIOD OF STAY:

Taxes, electricity, gas and water consumption, linen (**), use of swimming pool, solarium and ping-pong.
(**) During a stay of at least 7 days towels and bed linen will be changed mid-week, usually on a Wednesday, and is included in the price
- A deposit of 250,00 against damage must be paid on arrival
- Final cleaning: 45,00 two roomed apts - 55,00 three roomed apartments.
- Additional bed: 105,00 per week
- Daily change bathroom linen: 3,50 per person per day
- Daily change bathroom and bedroom linen: 5,50 per person per day
- Daily cleaning: 6,50 per person per day
- TV: 5,00 per day
- Mountain bike: 6,00 per half a day
- Heating: 3,90 per person per day
