Description
La Torriola is a small 8 hectare farm near the medieval city of Todi in southern Umbria. It is tailor-made for comfort and tranquility with 5 apartments individually decorated and furnished tastefully.  The warmth of the hand-made bricks, the old-world charm of the roof tiles, the chiaroscuro effect of the inlaid wood are evocative of long gone eras when man followed nature’s rhythms trustingly.

The owners farm organically and produces their own  wine and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil using the natural methods and enthusiasm of yesteryear.  If you visit in November you can help pick and press the olives, then sample the result on bruschetta - small pieces of oven toasted bread while tasting a local red or white wine that are made without any additives.  You can also enjoy our organically grown vegetables and fruits, and home made honey, jams.

MINIMUM STAY
Normally (above all in the high season) the apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. However, on request and subject to availability, the owners will  try to meet your needs for different periods.
 
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Guests can check into the apartments between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and they must check out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.


NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS:
The number of occupants must not exceed that agreed on at the time of booking. The breaking of this agreement will result in guests being asked to leave the Guest House.

VISITORS:
Visitors cannot be received without first obtaining authorization from the Management.

ANIMALS:
Animals are not allowed.

PERIOD OF STAY:
Normally (above all in the high season) the apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. However, on request and subject to availability, we will always try to meet your needs for different periods.

Taxes, electricity, gas and water consumption, linen (**), use of swimming pool, solarium and ping-pong.

(**) During a stay of at least 7 days towels and bed linen will be changed mid-week, usually on a Wednesday, and is included in the price
  • A deposit of € 250,00 against damage must be paid on arrival
  • Final cleaning: € 45,00 two roomed apts - € 55,00 three roomed apartments.
  • Additional bed: € 105,00 per week
  • Daily change bathroom linen: € 3,50 per person per day
  • Daily change bathroom and bedroom linen: € 5,50 per person per day
  • Daily cleaning: € 6,50 per person per day
  • TV: € 5,00 per day
  • Mountain bike: € 6,00 per half a day
  • Heating: € 3,90 per person per day

NOTE:
A note from the owners: "We are sure you will understand this apparently strict regulation, aimed above all at preserving the most important characteristic of La Torriola Country Guest House: its tranquillity. Not controlling nor limiting the number of people present could be detrimental not only to the comfort of our guests but also could violate safety regulations."
