Cottage Le Casaline rests on the edge of the small Roman hamlet of Messinano and looks onto its quaintness. Spoleto, which was a Roman colony is approximately thirteen kilometres distant and held here annually is Europe’s leading arts festivals during June and July. Todi, first Etruscan and then Roman looks down over the Tiber valley fifteen kilometres away. From the rail station just three kilometres away, Rome centre is reached in an hour and ten minutes.
